Proyecto Muraleando under the direction of Manuel Diaz Baldrich and a group of professional artists turned a garbage dump into the Muraleando Community Art Project. The artists formed an art collective painting the neighborhood and providing workshops to teach local children how to paint, dance, play and sing.
